Book Launch Party Celebration

Book Launch Celebration!

This weekend, I took some time out from blogging, marketing, and business development to celebrate the book launch of Adventures of Faith, Hope, and Charity – Finding Patience. What a treat it was for me to see the children gravitate to the book, pick it up and begin to read it, right there on the spot amidst party attendees!

The icing on the cake came when the youngest child, Patrick, looked up after finishing the story and declared with a huge smile on his face, “This is the best book I ever read!” I have to admit that I was sweating bullets while he was reading the book because everyone knows that children only know to speak in an unfiltered manner. I think I must have been holding my breath, because as he made this statement I let out a huge sigh of relief!

You can get a hundred five star reviews from adults, but when you hear a statement like that, and you see the smile on the child’s face, knowing you have genuinely touched that child with the light of Christ, there is no better feeling in the world!

This book will be as successful as the Holy Spirit wishes. He will place it in the hands of those who He wishes. As for me, I received my payment in full on Saturday night, when the Holy Spirit blessed me with the smiles on the children’s faces. Everything from here on out is abundant blessings.

  • remember, us adults enjoyed reading the book also, I read it that evening at your house, really like the surprise ending

    • Love your response! Hopefully you have gotten everyone’s curiosity up about the ending. I guess they will just need to get themselves a book to find out what it is! Now if I can just top the ending of book one in book two, I’m golden. Hmmm… I guess we will all need patience in waiting for book two.
